Strictly the best is the annual Q4 compilation of hits and breaking tracks on two volumes - even number is smoothed out singers and lover's rock and odd number is dancehall DJs and club oriented tracks. This year VP Records is celebrating its 35th Anniversary in the US and will include a bonus disc of past reggae hits in each of the two volumes. The illustrated artwork for the packages were designed by acclaimed graphic artist Michael Thompson 'Freestylee'
