When Ronnie Earl recorded this studio album back in 1993, he had changed his concept, radically. Ronnie always had great singers in his band (Darrell Nulisch, Sugar Ray). But when Sugar Ray got a call from Roomful Of Blues and left the Broadcasters, Ronnie decided to try-out an all-instrumental blues/jazz concept. Next to his well-known blues harmonies you'll hear jazzy licks and runs. Next to shuffles and slow blues ('Rego Park' alone runs for almost 12 mns.) there are unusual, in the world of blues yet unheard harmonies and breaks.
