Step Into Our Life featured the club classic 'Heat of the Beat', which actually charted in the UK pop charts at #43, a rarity for back in the day. Roy Ayers and Wayne Henderson made a spectacular double act, both having a fantastic history in Jazz music over many decades, Roy Ayers with Ubiquity and Wayne Henderson with the Crusaders.
