The Stanley Tool Works was actually a merger of cousins in 1920, Stanley's Bolt Manufactory and Stanley Rule and Level Company. This catalog is before that merger, being published in 1914.<br /><br />Headquartered in New Briton, Connecticut, the company has become synonymous for tools, but has manufactured hinges, tacks, and just about any hardware imaginable.<br /><br />This catalog is special in many ways.
