Directions To Use : - Grease the idli moulds and spoon the batter into them. - Heat water in the idli cooker. Steam cook for about 12-15 mins on high.The whistle is the indicator of the food steaming in the idli maker.The whistle noise is more when there is water in the Idli maker. If the whistle noise is less , it indicates that there is less or no water inside the pot.Always cook your idlies in medium to low flame setting.</p> <p>Please do not use the idli maker without water it will burn and discolor the bottom of the idli maker.If there is more water in the idli maker, it will get into the bottom rack and will not cook the idlies properly.
