Bernie Garfield returns to Maine's Saco River, after the only people he ever cared about were brutally killed by a monstrous creature. This time he's brought along hired help; a mysterious hunter who calls himself The Black Rider. The Black Rider and Bernie must battle the beast in order to exact their revenge and save the world from a more terrifying infestation.
