<b>Skills & Values: Evidence</b> is one of the first titles in the new Skills & Values Series. The books in this new series are designed to enable professors to assign supplementary practice-oriented material to enrich their students' traditional study. Sometimes students are directed to make an argument to the trial court; other times, they are directed to conduct discovery, interview witnesses, examine witnesses on the stand to lay evidentiary foundations, or voir dire those witnesses to weaken the foundation.
