It works perfectly in our Sephra chocolate fountains as long as the fondue is kept under heat. </br> <br>Melts have the additional property of creating a hard shell as the fondue cools to room temperature. For example, if you were to dip a strawberry in Sephra Melts fondue and put the dipped strawberry on a plate, within 2-4 minutes the chocolate on the strawberry will harden to a shell at room temperature. </br> <br>When making chocolate-dipped strawberries, cookies, cake pops, or poured and molded candies, Sephra melts is the product of choice. The solid chocolate shell on your dipped items will form without refrigeration -- cookies stay crisp, cake pops stay moist. </br> <br>Sephra Melts comes in four delicious flavors - Milk, Dark, White and Salted Caramel.
