The workbook allows participants to experiment with visual time tools while continuously reinforcing the self-reflection and self-awareness need to make lasting change. The Seeing My Time workbook is the backbone of the Seeing My Time program and becomes a personalized reference tool for each participant. NOTE: The workbook is not a stand alone product.
