Our wire rope hook clamps consist of a U-Shaped bolt, a saddle and two nuts. The two layers of wire rope are placed in the u-bolt and clamped into place for a tight connection. Some examples of applications in which these are used are: securing patio or porch furniture, anchoring Posts, squaring fence gates, making laundry lines, hanging banners, anchoring gym equipment, Flags, signs and basically anything that involves cables and endless other applications. 5/16" wire rope hook clamps are perfect for rigging rope, wire and cable in unlimited applications. Wire cable clamps are used to clamp a cable back on itself creating a loop. The clamp consists of a u-bolt, a saddle and 2 nuts. Best method for securing cables and rope. Zinc plated. Warning: do not use with plastic coated wire rope. Never place u-bolt over a live line. Never apply a clamp with the saddle on the dead side of the cable. Only the u-bolt should be on the dead side of the cable, where crushing will not affect the breaking strength of the hoist line.
