To start, fill one of the water balloons, and place it inside the splash out ball. Twist the sides of the ball together to secure it shut. Start the timer (wind fully) - now the balloon will randomly Burst at any moment, so think fast! At the start of each round, one player invents a question such as “ name a flavor of ice cream”, or “ name a superheroes;. each player must come up with a unique answer before they can pass the ball to someone else. If you're holding the ball when the timer runs out, you'll get soaked &Dash; and must step out for the next round.
