This bulb's LED surface is approximately 1.5 inches in diameter, making it fit easily into most lamps or light fixtures. Its top-quality, ultra bright LED's are in the blue light wavelength range at 415nm, well-established to denature the proteins that bind bacteria together, resulting in their death without harming most surfaces. Excellent for killing bacteria on the surface of items such as phones, earbuds, makeup and makeup brushes and more. Also great for killing odor-causing bacteria on items like shoes or clothing. The majority of bacteria are killed within 2 minutes of exposure. Extremely resistant bacteria, however, may require up to 20 minutes of exposure.
