This set combines two of Rosle's finest kitchen tongs, the Rosle 12 inch and 9 inch locking tongs. Both are beautifully designed with one hand operational locking mechanisms which make these tongs a versatile tool for every kitchen. They are perfect and efficient for lifting and turning all kinds of food both in the kitchen and on the grill. To use the one hand operational locking mechanism: 1) When opening the tongs, hold them with the tips facing downward; 2) Light pressure will release the locking mechanism opening the tongs; 3) for locking, hold the tongs so the tips face upward; 4) The tongs will automatically lock into a closed position when light pressure is applied with one hand.
