• Interlocking Design: These letter templates for routing interlock to form a stable pattern as you route signs with appropriate carbide router bits and bushings (3/8" for 2-1/4" kits & 5/8" for the 4" Kits).
• Router Sign Templates Includes: This templates for signs kit has 40 letters with duplicates of common letters and three spacers.
• Secure The Template: Always secure the router templates to your workpiece and your workpiece to the work surface. Failure to do so could result in damage to the templates and workpiece, as well as possible injury.
• Try Other Guides: Requires the use of a plunge router that accepts standard 1-3/16" wood router template guides. The Interlock Signmaker's Kits require either a 3/8'' or 5/8'' guide bushing signmaking router bit.

The templates interlock to form a stable pattern as you rout signs with appropriate carbide router bits and bushings (3/8" for 2-1/4" kits & 5/8" for the 4" Kits ). Secure patterns to your work surface with masking tape, Self-Adhesive Discs, or double stick tape (sold separately). Each Letters Kit includes a total of 40 letters with duplicates of common letters and three spacers. Each Numbers and Symbols Kit includes two each of 0-9 and 9 common symbols including @ and &. Requires the use of a plunge router that accepts standard 1-3/16" template guides. The Interlock Signmaker's Kits require either a 3/8'' (#33967, sold separately) or 5/8'' (#30933, sold separately) guide bushing, as well as a 3/8" (#36676, sold separately) or 5/8" (#32443, sold separately) signmaking router bit.
