The ProsourceFit multi-grip Lite Pull-Up bar is a simple and affordable tool for building your upper body strength with convenient at-home usability. Six cushioned foam grips help to prevent slipping and callous formation, giving you the ability to perform exercises from various angles. Close-grip, wide, and neutral positions area ideal for pull-ups, chin-ups, hanging crunches and leg raises. When placed on the floor it can be used for push-ups, triceps dips and as a door anchor for sit-ups. Perfect for at-home workout programs and videos like p90x. The heavy duty steel bar is easy to assemble and holds up to 300 pounds to suit a variety of users, making it great for both men and women. It slips onto any sturdy doorframe (24"-32") quickly and easily without damaging your walls and doors, using just a J bracket. The simple installation allows you to leave it in place or remove when you're done exercising. If desired, it can also be mounted with screws on any doorframe in your home or garage as a more permanent fixture. Assembly and installation instructions are included, as well as mounting hardware.
