Portable, Progress Solar and Wind powered Light Tower - fully autonomous, off-grid light tower powered 100% by renewable energy with 1200 watts of solar power plus additional power from a built-in wind turbine at 7mph or greater wind speed. All energy is stored in a large, no maintenance AGM battery bank with several nights of back-up power for inclimate weather days. The bright, high efficiency LED flood lights (4) are turned on/off automatically by timers or with a manual overide. These units totally eliminate the cost of buying diesel fuel and eliminates the maintenance associated with transporting diesel, refueling each unit and the routine maintenance of diesel generators and metal halide flood lights. Also it eliminates the need for someone to go out each and every night to start the generators and lights and then back the next morning to turn them off - Now it would be fully automated via automated timers.
