The Strong-Arm II is designed to fasten onto free standing or hanging bags with the adjustable hook and loop closure, providing a snug fit every time. They can be modified to fit a smaller bag, but it requires extra parts and ingenuity not included. <br/><br/><b>Note:</b> The photo of the red version show both the strong arm II (top) and Strong Arm (bottom).
