Speak freely.” <br />Dominic Casey was the first private investigator for the defense and, the only investigator for Casey Anthony (individually) and her family’s interest. <br />Because of attorney misconduct, Casey Anthony was able to pursue a Fraudulent Defense, Indigency and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.
