Speak freely.†<br />Dominic Casey was the first private investigator for the defense and, the only investigator for Casey Anthony (individually) and her family’s interest. <br />Because of attorney misconduct, Casey Anthony was able to pursue a Fraudulent Defense, Indigency and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. BAEZ: Well, I think there are certain <br />15 things that clearly fall under privilege as to -- do <br />16 you want to -- <br />17 MR. MASON: I don't know. If I knew the <br />18 background, I would -- <br />19 MR. BAEZ: You want to go talk about -- <br />20 MS.
