• Body and latches are constructed from mold injected plastic and the thumb latch locks and releases the spring-loaded latch
• Mounting holes are 2 inch on center with a 5/16 inch offset from the face of the latch lock to the center of the first mounting hole
• Includes 1 left and 1 right spring-loaded tilt latch which are 1-1/16 inch wide with a 3 inch overall length

These spring-loaded tilt latches are constructed of injected molded plastic and they are white in color. The width of these latches measures 3 in., the depth is 1-1/16 in. and the mounting holes are spaced at 2 in. center to center. These tilt latches are used on single and double hung vertical sliding sash panels designed to tilt-in and down from the top for cleaning purposes. Each package includes one right hand & one left hand latch with fasteners.
