For Today released their debut album Ekklesia in April of 2008. Since that time they have played over 300 shows, sold over 10,000 copies of their debut, and recorded their new album Portraits . Once again they entered The Basement Recording Studio to work with Jamie King (Between The Buried And Me, The Human Abstract) and the result is 10 tracks of excellently produced metallic hardcore. For Today were one of the main support bands at the sold out Facedown Fest 2009 in April of 2009, and they will continue to be on the road for the rest of 2009.
