• Use the chart in the pictures to find your plasma cutter and drag shield diameter.
• The stencils are offset to cut the indicated size from the center of the plasma arc, this allows a little clearance for easy assembly.
• 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" sizes are under sized by .060" to make a tight fitting hole for carriage bolts to be held in place.
• 5 pc. kit includes 10 hole sizes: 1/4", 3/8", 1/2",5/8", 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", 1 3/4", 2". The outside acts as bonus sizes, add 2" for 380/430 sizes add 21/4" for 580 size.
• Made in USA. Laser cut and etched from 1/8" cold rolled steel.

The Plasma Stencils will guide your hand held plasma cutter to quickly and accurately cut a perfect square. The stencils are offset to precisely cut the indicated size from the center of the arc, this allows a little clearance for easy assembly. Each kit includes 5 stencils for 10 sizes: squares range from ¼"-2". Available for most plasma cutters that have a drag shield attachment. The outside edges act as bonus square cutting guides. Laser cut and etched from 11ga.(1/8") cold rolled steel. The end result is a quick, clean and accurate cut that can be done anywhere. Made in the USA.<p>-Designed for use with a drag shield/nozzle. Check the pictured chart to find your machine or measure your drag shield.
