• Faster than the Competition: Lathed treads—both inside and out—means the wheel construction will turn smoothly with less friction, leading to higher speeds down the derby track.
• Rule-Compliant: We start with the wheels from the official BSA Pinewood Derby car kit, so they comply with most BSA race rules. All BSA markings are visible on the interior and exterior.
• Reduced Friction: At each of the derby wheel centers, you’ll see coned and squared hubs, which lessens friction against the derby car body. Reduced friction equals greater speed
• Lightweight Engineering: Overall, Pinewood Pro’s special lathing process makes the wheels 0.2 grams lighter while eliminating imperfections, giving you yet another derby track speed advantage.
