This kit includes a high-impedance, noise-cancelling electret microphone to replace the low-impedance dynamic mic that's standard on the H10-76. It also features an adapter that converts the headset's single U-174/U military plug to the standard twin plugs (PJ-068 and PJ-055) characteristic of civilian cockpits.
