• 2 Lb Tub of Paramount Melting Crystals
• These crystals are used to aid in the melting of carob, chocolate, and yogurt coatings.
• Paramount crystals help make the coatings smooth and easier to pour into molds and also help to thin out coatings for ease in dipping and coating.
• Add 1/4 cup of crystals per each pound of coating. Melt your chocolate and add a little at a time, stir between each addition, until the desired consistency is reached.
