Pageant debuted Off-Broadway in 1991, where it ran for more than a year before playing successful engagements around the world. It was last seen in February, in a sold-out special engagement that benefitted Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS the first time it had returned to the New York stage in more than 20 years!
