- Converts your lathe's #2MT dead tailstock to 1" x 8tpi threaded live tailstock
- Mounts to tailstock with the included #2 Morse Taper arbor
- After being mounted, tailstock is converted from dead to live and it will accept all 1" x 8tpi threaded lathe tool accessories
- Ideal for an additional secure workpiece mount from tailstock end; Allows precision centering of spindles or dowels at the tailstock end; Provides the ideal system for the mounting of bowls for hollowing
