Organic Rainbow Chard, 1 Each
- Rainbow chard is packed full of antioxidants and and a rich source of Vitamin K
- Store in refridgerator, ideally in crisper drawer to keep from drying out. Rinse before use
- Prepare this leafy green by separating the leaves from the colorful stalks. Rough chop and sautee the greens like you would spinach. Chard pairs well with garlic, herbs, and butter. The stalks can be rough chopped and sauteed like celery into your aromatic base of onions and garlic. An excellent addition to stir-fries!
