The <B>PD-117 3-Way Pan/Tilt Head</B> from <B>Oben</B> allows independent camera adjustment on the horizontal and vertical planes as well as 360° panning. The head has a load capacity of 17.6 lb, making it suitable for most DSLR camera and lens combinations, as well as many camcorders.<br><br>Two locking handles control the front-to-back and side-to-side tilt, and a thumb screw locks and unlocks the panning motion.<br><br>The quick-release system includes an RP-20 plate with a video pin, and a safety lock on the release lever, preventing accidental release of the camera.
