The angled stainless steel blade easily cuts through tough skins and creates even, uniform slices in 7 thicknesses. Select between 1mm and 4mm in half-millimeter increments using the adjustable dial. The wide ramp accommodates both small and large vegetables and is textured to keep food from sticking. The non-slip handle and base provide a comfortable grip and stability while slicing, and convenient notches allow for slicing directly over bowls. The clear window provides visibility while slicing, and the contoured food holder shaped to hold long and round food protects hands while slicing. The Large Hand-Held Mandoline features a blade lock setting, and the food holder snaps onto the underside of the Mandoline for safe, compact storage.
