Cuts paper card stock photos felt fleece and more. Use with Chenille brush to achieve soft chenille like finish (sold separately). Simple-to-use multi-purpose chenille cutter not only helps you easily make your own fabric but can also cut multiple layers of fabric. Keep out of reach of children.
