The 1/4 inch Consumer Pyro Poke brass fireworks safety awl is used to make a hole in a firework lift charge so that a shrouded (plastic cover) ematch or Firewire Initiator can be inserted into the lift charge. <br><br> This awl is made from Aluminum Bronze and has a 3.5 inch nonsparking shaft with a sharp tip.
