This is an authentic Calabrese style salame based on the Fiasche family recipe with considerations to guidelines set for the production of Soppressata di Calabria DOP. Using special Calabrian chilies imported exclusively for Nduja Artisans Salumeria, our Soppressata shows beautifully on a cheese board. As former chefs, we understand the importance of balancing salt, seasoning and spice to enhance the food our salumi is paired with, instead of overwhelming the palate, and compromising the experience of the guest.
