<p>To quickly fix the common issues:</p> <p>1. Remote control doesnot turn power on and off.</p> <p>Actually, the remote can only turn off the projector, but not turn on. This is for safety reason, it prevents the accidential turning on when it's in the bag or pocket. <br> </p> <p>2. Product does not display in.</p> <p>It maybe out of battery or not enough brightness in light place. We suggest to charge it more time and put it in a dark place to display. If these all tried and still no luck, we will surely provide a free replacement.<br> </p> <p>3. The android OS operation.</p> <p>This item acutally can be operated by both mouse and keyboard or remote controller.<br> </p> <p>4. Not enough lumens.</p> <p>It's 100 lumens mini projector which is suitable for dark place playing. We suggest the customer to play it in a dark or complete no light enviornment.<br> </p> <p>5. The menus are all in Chinese.</p> <p>Only one App "happycast" is Chinese, which is for phone mirroring server. You don't need to operate it, just run it at background and done.<br> </p> <p>6. Poor quality and locks up./ Does not work properly.</p> <p>Customers may have installed many many apps and it slows down the system running. We suggest to re-set the whole system to factory setting and it'll be a lot faster.<br> </p> <p>7. Will not consistently connect to my Android phone./ The product cannot do airplay as described./Doesn't work on iphone./Does not connect to my current iOS devices as advertised. </p> 8. This projector does not hold its charge.<br> This is the system battery management bug, we have already provide an on-line update package(OTA), please update to the newest firmware in the setting. If these all tried and still no luck, we will surely provide a free replacement.<br><br> 9. USB not working.<br> The usb port will not automatically play when you plug a usb drive in, we need to open the file explorer to run or play the files in the usb drive.<br><br>
