To find your correct size slightly flex your arm and measure the fullest part of your forearm, typically midway between your wrist and elbow. Size small will fit a forearm circumference, just below the elbow, of 8 inches to 9 1/2 inches. Size medium will fit a forearm circumference, just below the elbow, of 9 1/2 inches to 11 inches. Size large will fit a forearm circumference, just below the elbow, of 11 inches to 13 inches.
