The fryer uses 1/3 less oil than traditional fryers and is designed and tested to commercial standards. The extra-large basket accommodates up to a 20 lb. turkey, 5 lbs. of chicken wings, or a large seafood boil.  Clean-up is easy with the built-in drain valve and dishwasher safe components.  Â
