• Attention: Max pressure is 3200PSI. Pressure washer downstream chemical injector kit includes chemical injector, 10 feet tubing (siphon hose), filter and black soap nozzle.
• Used to siphon detergent out of separate container. The chemical or soap runs after pump, which will not damage pump. Great for cleaning or spraying.
• Control metering valve to adjust dilution ratio of chemical and water. Chemical-resist and poly strainer reduces injector clogging.
• The soap injector is equipped with a universal 3/8’’ quick disconnect, which facilitates effortless and quick installation. It is designed to seamlessly connect between the pressure washer pump and the hose, enabling efficient mixing and dispensing of soap during the cleaning process.
• Flow rate is from 2 GPM to 5 GPM. Works with most brands of gas and electric pressure washer, cold and hot water pressure washer.

<b>Tips </b> <br> 1.Follow the direction of arrow in the brass injector to connect it to pump and hose. The direction of arrow is the flow direction of chemical. <br> 2.Must work with black soap nozzle which attached to pressure washer gun or wand. <br> 3.To get the flow established you will need to make sure the soap is thin, like water. <br> 4.At the end of washing work, put the chemical injector out of the chemical tank and then put it in the tank with clear water. Please keep spraying for a while to run out the remaining chemical in Injector and tubing. <br> <b>Trouble shooting: </b> <br> 1.Adjustment Closed: Open metering valve by turning the knob on the chemical injector. <br> 2.Plugged Orifice in Body : Remove the chemical injector and clean or soak in warm water. <br> 3.Plugged Filter : Replace or soak in warm water to clean. <br> 4.Cracked or Damaged Tube : Replace the clear soap tube. <br> 5.No chemical flow: You may need to lift the chemical container to the same level or a little above the pressure washer to let gravity help you establish the siphon. Once it's started you should be able to put the chemical container back on the ground. If you keep losing the siphon, letting the container sit on a box to lift it a bit should help. <br>
