2015 collection. More than two years have passed since the release of our well-received Finders Keepers - Motown Girls CD, so the time has arrived for a second volume. Finders Keepers was a half-and-half mix of previously released titles and unissued recordings from the Motown vaults. Here on Love & Affection - More Motown Girls we've upped the ante and unearthed 25 tracks that have never appeared on CD before, or vinyl for that matter, making the collection a must-have for Motown collectors and female soul and pop buffs alike. Highlights include a dramatic reading of 'Lonely Teardrops' by Brenda Holloway and recent finds by fan favorites Barbara McNair, Gladys Knight & the Pips, Martha Reeves & the Vandellas, the Lewis Sisters and LaBrenda Ben. The average time these recordings have been awaiting release is getting on for 50 years. We trust they will meet with the "love and affection" they deserve after being hidden away for so long.
