The top side of the hand is covered in spandex, which breathes well, conforms to the hand's shape, and wicks away moisture. Underneath, a comfortable and durable Amara palm provides grip. Since hot, clammy hands can lead to blisters and general discomfort, the palm is perforated to promote a positive airflow. The ventilation is most prominent in the recess of the palm -- this is Garneau's patented Ergo Air concept, which helps to evacuate moisture.
