Jason Boland and the Stragglers are a group of uprooted Okies who rode in on a Texas tornado and have made their home on the Texas music charts. Their live shows are filled with high-energy and thought-provoking tunes that echo the "outlaw" movement in country music--Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Steve Earle and Townes Van Zandt.
