It is used to bridge joints, seams, vents, protrusions in conjunction with Liquid Rubber Coatings. Application: Geo-Textile is applied using the 3 course method. Similar to doing a drywall joint. Prepare the surface by cleaning and drying, ensuring it's free from dust, dirt, oils, flaking, salts, and other contaminates which may affect adhesion. Apply a heavy coat of Liquid Rubber Coating (ie. Liquid Rubber Waterproof Sealant) over joint. Cut Geo-Textile to size and lay into the coating, bleeding it through. Use disposable gloves. Once the coating tacks up, apply another heavy coat of the Liquid Rubber Coating on top. Once this is mostly dry, you can begin applying your recommended number of coats on top.
