We designed our dream set of occlusion bands and we want to share them with lifters who are frustrated with what's available or just want to start on the right foot. Applying a wrap for practical BFR training meant improvising and using a knee wrap, wrist wrap, or tough fabric that didn't have the appropriate flexibility necessary in BFR Training. Our result is an ultra comfortable fabric and design that serves as the ideal tourniquet for an epic pump in blood flow restriction and KAATSU style training.
