Leupold's DeltaPoint Pro Rear Iron Sight is a modular unit that attaches to the rear of the DeltaPoint Pro reflex sight and provides iron sights should the illumination on the DeltaPoint Pro fail at a critical moment. <br /><br />Since the DeltaPoint sits higher than the stock iron sights, taller front sights would need to be installed for optimal usage and are often available separately from the handgun manufacturer.
