Lady Mary dowels provide sturdy support for platforms in multi-tiered cakes. They are made of 0-1/2-inch diameter paperboard, lined inside and outside with parchment paper. They are rigid, hygienic and the parchment lining makes them easy to cover with icing. Dowels can be cut to size using a large serrated knife. Set of 12, 7-1/2-inch dowels. By Lady Mary / Ateco.
