• Note 1:When the controller is normally powered on, the indicator light of the controller(receiver) will be green. If the indicator light is not on, it will prove that the controller is not installed correctly and is not normally powered on. Check whether the input and output are connected backwards, whether the screw is tightened and the line is in normal contact, and whether the line corresponds to the positive and negative poles of the controller.
• Note 2:The voltage of the power supply should correspond to the voltage of the led strip light. For example, if the lamp belt is DC12V, the dc power supply of DC12V should be connected. If a 24V lamp is connected to a 12V power supply, it will not light up.
• Note 3:The Driver be connected to the input positive and negative poles of Dimmer. Then output of Dimmer be connected to led strip. Positive and negative poles be corresponding. If the power is connected to the output end of the dimmer and the light is connected to the input end of the dimmer, the strip will always be on but not under control. Press the remote, the receiver indicator will flash indicate to that the command of the remote control has been accepted, but the light is out of control.
• Note 4：The factory state of the controller remote control is 1-to-1 pairing. If the remote control is out of order, there will be a mismatch between the remote control and the controller, so it needs to be repaired. Refer to the instructions for matching
• Note 5:The SP-N12 LED DIMMER is a constant voltage controller and can only be connected to a constant voltage lamp. It is not suitable for constant current lamps. The controller indicator light appears red, indicating a short circuit.
