Header Stud Set - 20R/22R/22RE/2RZ/3RZ The factory exhaust manifold studs have a shoulder in the center that can interfere with proper header tightening. For better holding strength, our 10mm x 48mm long, heat treated plated header mounting studs are stronger than stock. Includes: eight studs, eight mechanical locking flange nuts. The short side of the stud will go into the head. Torque on the nut is 33 Ft. lbs.
