The starter kit for beginners includes detailed basic instructions in rolling paper and shaping the rolls and scrolls, plus other special techniques that add interest and variety to quilling. Kit includes quilling paper in three widths, metallic quill trim, needle, slotted quilling tool, cork workboard, glue, ruler, quilling chart and material for the gift tags, card and gift bags, plus patterns and instructions for fifteen designs.
