Klick Pencil Holder creates a clicking sound that indicates that the pencil is in place and will not slide up. Use screwdriver to set and lock items of less than 3/16 inch diameter to desired angle. Bend the metal frame with pliers to tilt the pencil back under the palm if needed. Note: Does not come with the implement holder
