This 150 lb rated 20" Gas Spring has plastic ends with locking clips to receive ball mounts. The JR Products GSNI-2300-150 Gas Spring 150 Lb With Plastic Ends 20" incorporates a strong annealed steel rod with a Nitride coating for added corrosion resistance, especially when used with the all composite PS130 end fitting. This gas spring is an ideal choice where exceptional quality, combined with an overall black appearance, are important for your application. Installation and removal: For installing the gas spring all you have to do is push it on. To remove you will need to use a flathead screwdriver to pry up on the flatside of the metal head on the backside. Recommend wearing eye protection when removing as the springs can snap.
