Warranty Statement Our products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one 90 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified on the product packaging. This warranty shall not apply to any altered products, misuse and/or negligent use of our products, accident, or normal wear and tear of our products. This warranty is limited and is made in lieu of all other warranties arising from the sale, delivery, use, or performance of our products. Interdynamics does not warrant our products to be fit for any particular purpose other than as expressly stated in our product literature. Except to the extent limited by applicable law, Interdynamics shall not be responsible for any special or consequential damages, and Interdynamics makes no other warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation all implied warranties of merchantability, title and non-infringement. Interdynamics’ sole obligation under this warranty shall be to either repair or replace any defective product, and shall not exceed the purchase price for such product. Any product returned due to an alleged defect in material or workmanship must receive prior return authorization from Interdynamics and must be delivered to Interdynamics’ factory for inspection, postage prepaid. If a product is determined by Interdynamics to have failed during the applicable warranty period due to defective material or workmanship, Interdynamics will either repair or replace the product, at our discretion and at no charge.
