What should I do if the connection lost?<br> <b>👻</b>Answer 1<br> 1.Open the back cover of transmitter, find its channel switch and choose channel 2. <br> 2.Press <b>CHANNEL </b> button on the main unit until its channel also become channel 2. <br> 3.Hold <b>CHANNEL </b> button for 5 seconds, signal icon starts flashing. <br> 4.Main unit and transmitter connected via channel 2, Main part shows outdoor date. <br> 5.Radio signals will be absorbed by metal objects, please try to change transmitter's position.<br><br> <b>👻</b>Question 2:<br> Why does the temperature and humidity of the product show deviations from the real temperature and humidity? Why does the product shows different outdoor indoor date when the transmitter and main unit are put together?<br> <b>👻</b>Answer 2<br>Host and transmitter are calibrated by precision reference when they are manufactured, but each product has a slight difference in their electronic material used to determine temperature and humidity. Even if the product is calibrated, the measured data can't be as accurate as standard references, this error is going to be less than 5%.<br><br>
